Return Conditions

 

  • Mandatory Trial Period: To qualify for a refund, a minimum use of 20 consecutive days is required. The SleepEase Pro is designed to assist in the reduction of snoring by facilitating better breathing patterns and strengthening throat muscles over time. Due to the nature of physiological adaptations and varying individual responses, significant results may not be immediately apparent. This 20-day period allows your body to adjust to the device and for the device to demonstrate its potential effectiveness. It is essential that the product is used consistently as per the instructions to allow for these adjustments and improvements in snoring patterns. Requests for refunds submitted before completing this trial period will not be considered, as this duration is crucial for a fair and adequate assessment of the product's performance.

 

  • Tracking Results with SnoreLab: To verify the effectiveness of the product in reducing snoring, it is imperative to use the SnoreLab app, the leading app in the United States for snoring tracking. Proof of use of the app must be submitted to validate your refund request.

 

  • Return Procedures: If you choose to return the product, it must be sent back to our logistics center in France. The return must be made in its original condition with all accessories included, at your expense. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

 

  • Partial Refund Option: If you decide not to return the product, a partial refund of 30% of the purchase price will be granted.

 

  • Exclusions: Any product that is damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time for your bank or credit card company may vary.
