How does it work?
When we sleep, our throat muscles relax. This compresses the airways and reduces airflow, leading to snoring and sleep apnea.
1 - Detection
Equipped with an ultra-precise sensor, it detects air vibrations caused by muscle relaxation.
2 - Stimulation

Are the patches reusable?
Yes! if you use the device with the string attachment, you can reuse the patches, as the electrodes will still be effective. (1 patch = 7 nights)
If you decide to use the device without the string and with self-adhesive patches, we advise you to use one patch per night to ensure good fixation.
I have a beard, does it work?
Of course! Our patches are specially designed for optimum adhesion, even on 3-4 day beards. So you can be sure of a reliable hold and effective use. However, it's important to note that patch adhesion may be more difficult to achieve on longer beards.
If you have a long beard, we advise you to position the patch a little lower along the throat, so you can still use SleepEase Pro.
