Return & Refund Policy – KIKON

At KIKON, we believe confidence starts with the right fit. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns must be sent to the following address:
1 Rue de la Cité, 50120, Cherbourg en Cotentin, France

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or discounted orders

  • Items marked as final sale

If you have any doubts about the eligibility of your item, feel free to contact us before starting the return process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@kikon-official.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification. The product must meet the same return eligibility requirements outlined above.
